Prior to CRS, Chereé worked in the residential and commercial construction industry for over 20 years working with general contractors on the construction of properties from townhomes and luxury homes to commercial construction projects at the MSP Airport, Minneapolis/St. Paul school system, county facilities, senior housing projects and long term care facilities .
