Catie's Cafe' (Catie's Cakes & Catering) - Now Open! Buffalo has a new place to eat! Catie's Cafe is now open in the Wright One Plaza building on the corner of Highway 55 and 25 in Wright County.  They specialize in "homemade" baked goods, soups, fresh deli sandwiches and salads.  No preservatives or additives!  If you are looking for a full service caterer or a cake for a special occasion, call Karen or Tami at (763) 267-7756 and they will take good care of you.  They are open 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday and closed on Sunday's.  Come check  them out!!

Rolling Meadows 2nd Addition, Montrose, MN located along County Road 12 on the North side of Montrose.  The property consists of 118 acres of Residential Development Land.  CRS represented the seller, Klein Bank.  The buyer, a local private investor, was represented by Dave Elsen with Land and Homes, Inc.  The property is zoned agriculture and will continue to be farmed until the demand for residential lots increases.
