Buffalo – Imperial Medical, Highway 55
CRS assisted Imperial Medical in finding new retail space in Buffalo. They recently moved into their new location which consists of 4,000 sf on the South side of Highway 55 East in Buffalo, just South of McDonald's. CRS represented both the Landlord and the Tenant. Congratulations and great success to Imperial Medical.
Monticello – Premier Bank
CRS has just completed the leasing of the 3rd floor of the Premier Bank Building in Monticello to RZ Financial. RZ Financial is a national company that provides back office and marketing support to independent insurance agents nationwide. RZ Financial is a progressive growing company that currently has 15 employees.
Monticello – Kaltec Building
There is a pending purchase agreement on the 33,000 sf Kaltec Industrial building on Interstate 94 in Monticello. It has been a pleasure working with the C. Chase Company. Closing is scheduled for mid-April. Additional details to be announced following closing.
Buffalo – Boyd’s Building, has a Pending Purchase Agreement!
CRS has recently finalized a purchase agreement for the 10,000 sf office building in downtown Buffalo. The Boyd's Building is a multi-tenant retail/office building in downtown Buffalo which overlooks the lake. It was totally remodeled in 2004 and is one of the nicest commercial properties in downtown. The closing is scheduled for mid-April. CRS is handling both sides of the transaction and also working with the buyer to secure tenants. Buffalo is located in Wright County, MN.

CRS just completed the leasing of the 22,350 sf Industrial building in Maple Lake's Industrial Park to Platinum Printing Plus. They are a printing company that prints promotional materials and is relocating from another location within Minnesota. They have approximately 25 employees.
